The cities
Federal Way
Halfway to everything: about thirty minutes to Seattle or Tacoma, light rail arriving, and a broad mix of established neighborhoods, condos, and newer townhomes. The corridor's best commuter math.
Auburn
Valley floor with room to breathe. A walkable old downtown, Sounder trains from two stations, and single-family prices that still leave money for the mortgage after the moving truck.
Kent
One of the most diverse cities in the state, with a huge range of housing: East Hill family neighborhoods, valley condos, and everything between. Strong Sounder access and serious food.
Renton
The north end of our range, on Lake Washington's south shore. Boeing legacy, The Landing's shops and restaurants, and quick access to both Seattle and the Eastside job markets.
